Coloring pages are the perfect activity for all of those transition times when kids need some space to wind down or recharge before their next summer adventure. Bonus: this gives the grown-ups a break, too!

Self-Care

Color in–and cheer on–your favorite characters as they learn about healthy eating, hygiene, and personal autonomy. Having a specific job and being trusted to do it is powerful for kids.  It feels good to be seen as capable! What are your child’s favorite ways to help around the house? What self-care tasks make them feel proud?

Pick a favorite song to sing to make brushing teeth a fun morning and evening routine! Your child can choose the color of their toothbrush and help squirt on the “just-right” amount of toothpaste.
Cooking is a great way to help kids build independence and learn about healthy eating! Kids can help measure, mix ingredients, sort foods, and practice delayed gratification when baking.
Who washes the dishes in your house? Scrubbing, rinsing, and drying can be perfect jobs for kids and help build a sense of responsibility.
Good sleep is one of the most important healthy habits to learn early! What is your child’s bedtime routine?
Leo is learning how to use the potty - hooray!
Keeping track of physical growth helps kids build self-awareness and empowers them with information about their own bodies.
Helmets protect your child’s growing brain when scootering, biking, or roller skating this summer!

Head to our Youtube channel for videos that help kids learn the importance of self-care, nutrition, fitness, and stress management.

Growth Mindset

In this set of coloring pages, Yeti’s friends are stepping out of their comfort zones to try new things, even if it feels hard at first. What is something that your child is an expert at? What is something they are not an expert at…yet? Learning new things takes time and practice, and there is always room to grow!

Cheer on Barry as he races towards the finish line! His hard work and exercise is paying off.
Emma works hard and is very patient when taking care of animals and plants at the zoo!
Each piece is important to the whole puzzle! What do you think the puzzle will look like when it’s finished?
Leo is learning to read, one letter at a time.
Rainbow is learning to play the saxophone! What song would your child like to learn?
After a lot of practice, Chloe is excited to read to others at the library! What is your child’s favorite book?
