Homeschool Curriculum that Adapts to Every Learner

Education Scholarship Accounts (ESAs), sometimes called Empowerment Scholarship Accounts or Education Savings Accounts, are state-awarded funds available to families choosing alternatives to public or charter schools, such as homeschooling or private education. ESAs provide approved families with government funding to cover various educational costs, including virtual learning, community college courses, tutoring, and other specialized resources, easing financial barriers for families seeking non-traditional schooling options.

These funds, accessible through an online platform, allow parents to allocate scholarship dollars to meet their children’s unique educational needs. Homeschooling families, in particular, benefit from ESAs by using funds for curriculum materials, online classes, in-person courses, or special programs for gifted or differently-abled children requiring tailored support. State guidelines will determine whether your child is eligible for an Education Scholarship Account. Each state has its own set of qualifications for ESA funds, but common factors for eligibility include:
